Oscar has formed part of the academic team of different universities and has a diversity of publications that qualify him as an opinion generator in Public Law. He has a masters from INCAE Business School, which makes him a versatile advisor for Avante´s clients. Oscar is a beach enthusiast who spends his free time reading, another of his hobbies.
